AFTER SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities: • Responsible for meeting the After-Sales Business Targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
• Sets the achievable and realistic targets for the Key Account Sales Executives/Engineers for the After Sales Revenue, as well as tasks target to be accomplished by Field Service Engineers.
• Devices strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the After Sales targets. Decides the future course of action for his team members.
• Ensure the customers satisfaction and generate continuous revenue for the organization. He should protect the business from the competitors by raise the standard of after-sales service quality.
• Responsible for brand promotion. To make the product popular amongst the customers.
• Motivates team members is one of the important duties of the After-Sales Manager. To make his team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
• Develop lucrative incentive schemes and introduce monetary benefits to encourage them to deliver their level best. Appreciate whenever they do good work.
• To ensure his team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track and monitor team performances.
• Takes major decisions for his team. To act as a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis.
• To set an example for his team members. He should be a source of inspiration for his team members.
• Responsible for not only on Sales but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client.

Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
• Able to travel with Engineering team

SALES PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities: •Research, identify, pursue and win potential business opportunities and strategic projects in dedicated areas or fields where our client's multi-divisional technologies could be applied.

•Drive sales and distribution for the company's products and solutions to achieve revenue goals.

•Develop and execute project sales strategies, lead the cross divisional project team to successfully create, submit and execute project bids.

•Communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely and effective manner.

•Develop risk management and contingency plans, while monitoring ongoing project needs and lead regularly scheduled project meetings to identify required actions and its timely completion.

•Work well both independently and within a team in a matrix structure

•Willing to travel extensively, local and regional.
