CENTRIONICS’ STRAVA 2.0 CHALLENGE

Centrionic Culture Strava 2.0, organized by our internal Sport recreational club (SRC) team, pushed themselves out of their comfort zones and challenged themselves in new ways in challenge

It’s no secret that regular exercise is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health. But did you know that engaging in fitness challenges as a team can have additional benefits? Participating in a group challenge can increase motivation and accountability, as team members hold each other responsible for showing up and putting in the effort. Participating in team fitness challenges can foster camaraderie and encourage team bonding, positively impacting workplace relationships and productivity.

Centrionics team’s successful completion of the 21km Twincity marathon challenge. Completing a challenge of this magnitude requires dedication, perseverance, and a healthy sports mindset. It’s excellent the Centrionics team maintained these values while participating in the challenge.
