Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to promote our brand awareness, products or services.
- Assist in implementing effective marketing strategies on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and media buying such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Photo and video shooting for Marketing content posting
- Design marketing materials such as collateral development, flyers, posters, and online content that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience.
- Content copywriting creation for media and publication. Schedule and publish online content based on the marketing calendar.
- Manage and optimize social media channel to increase brand visibility and engagement
- Create engaging content for website, social media platforms, whitepaper, newsletter, email marketing
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media metric and improve digital marketing strategies
- Implement and optimize SEO and SEM best practices on website for search engines, including research on keywords
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions and internal activities
- Plan and manage distribution of corporate gift and marketing materials

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in art/design/creative Multimedia, Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
- Certification in Digital Marketing and related Social Media courses is a plus point.
- Experienced in at least two (2) years of digital marketing, content writing and social media management.
- Proficiency in running social media management on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and its formats – short videos, static posting, reels, etc.
- Good flair of designing skills to generate content or design for print, online and offline.
- Proficiency in video editing skills and photo editing skills i.e. Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, WordPress platform (BeThemes, WooCommerce, AI chatbot)
- Passion for work, good collaboration, and a positive attitude.
- Able to handle challenges in a fast-paced working environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
