• Responsible for Equipment, After Sales and Service activities such as preparing and submitting quotations and tenders and proposing service contracts.
• Responsible for taking care of existing customers. New customers such as special project.
• Responsible for daily sales operations such as cold calling, customer visits, meetings, and related matters. Plan and manage the sales process from inquiry until submission of billing documents.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and sales forecasts.
• Working closely with Product Application Unit to secure the new inquiries of equipment.
• Working closely with Service Team to secure the service sales and service contract.
• Responsible for creating and build rapport with the customer.
• Adapts new business strategies in accordance with the types of clients already secured by the Company, working to weekly and monthly sales targets and KPI’s.
• Utilize effective office skills to document and communicate all customer interactions, manage sales pipeline, track quotes, capture competitive information, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Familiar and organized character to handle Business Portal and systems such as SUS Portal, Smart Gep, Ariba, CRM and etc.


• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or
• Preferably specialized in Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
• Familiarity in industries such as oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, water & wastewater treatment & engineering companies, and other related industries.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Engineering Sales, candidates in analyzer field highly preferred.
• Process own transport and willing to travel extensively with the shortest notice.
• Must be willing to be involved in entertaining customers and business partners.
• Result-driven, self-motivated, positive working attitude, and able to work independently.
• Required Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to
solve problems.
• Candidates require to station at Bintulu, Sarawak (East Malaysia) & Johor (Southern)
